Sixth Grade Girl's Empowerment Group (Tuesday Group)

In my girl's empowerment groups, girls come together in a safe, supportive and fun positive atmosphere to build confidence, practice coping skills, and celebrate who they are. Through engaging in art, role playing, movement, writing and group discussions girls learn tools for managing stress, big feelings, anxiety, navigating friendships and developing self-awareness. Each 90 minute group session is designed with your child and their individual age group to feel inspired, connected, seen, heard and celebrated. Girls in my groups build resilience, confidence, find and embrace their strengths and much more! They also have a lot of fun along the way!
